From Detention to Dynamics Program

A justice involved youth and reentry pathway program from Struxure Dynamics.

Program Overview

From Detention to Dynamics Program is a four session, story driven, STEM focused life skills series for justice involved youth. The program uses Dontario Beverly’s journey from juvenile detention to STEM leadership as the backbone, then walks participants through concrete options in education, trades, and STEM careers. Each cohort leaves with a realistic ninety day plan for life after release, built with structure, accountability, and real world next steps.

Outcomes You Can Expect

Partners who bring From Detention to Dynamics Program to their facility can expect outcomes like:

Add On Support for Staff and Programs

This program can be extended with additional support for staff and agencies, so the work you do in the room with young people is reinforced by the adults and systems around them.

Scholarships and Pathways Funding

A fixed percentage of revenue from From Detention to Dynamics Program will support the Struxure Dynamics Scholarship Fund for justice involved youth. That fund can be used for books, tools, trade school costs, or first semester expenses, so every contract for this program directly supports real opportunities for young people walking a similar road to mine.
